Frequently Asked Questions
Trusting someone with your home — or with an important document — is a big decision. Below are the questions we hear most often. Don’t see yours? Reach out directly — we’re happy to help.
General Questions
What services do you offer?
Two things, done well:
Home Watch & Estate Oversight — routine, documented checks on your home while you’re away —
and Arizona Mobile & Remote Online Notary services.
We keep the focus narrow on purpose, so every visit and every signing gets real attention.

Home Watch & Estate Oversight and
Arizona Notary pages.
How do I know my personal information is secure?
Your privacy is non-negotiable. Documents, access codes, and conversations are handled with discretion,
using secure platforms for Remote Online Notarization and private channels for client communication.
We’re also happy to sign a mutual NDA if your situation calls for it.
How quickly can you assist with a request?
It depends on the service and the season, but most standard requests can be started the
same or next business day.
Time-sensitive signings or on-site needs are prioritized whenever possible; if we can’t meet your timeline,
we’ll say so upfront so you’re never left guessing.
Home Watch & Estate Oversight
What’s included in Home Watch & Estate Oversight?
Visits center on structured visual checks and coordination.
A typical visit includes an exterior walkaround, an interior walkthrough of main areas, a thermostat and basic-systems check,
and mail and package retrieval — all documented with notes and optional photos.
When something needs attention, we coordinate with your preferred vendors or help you source options. You pay vendors directly, and our time is billed separately. Full detail is on the Home Watch & Estate Oversight page.

Do you perform repairs, cleaning, or property management?
No. To keep our role clean and conflict-free, we do not perform repairs, cleaning, landscaping,
or pool work ourselves, and we are not a full-service property management company.
Our job is oversight and coordination — being the trusted point of contact who makes sure the right people
are on site, doing the right work, and that you always know what’s happening.
Home watch is not emergency response, tenant management, repair service, housekeeping, landscaping, or pool service.
What does Home Watch cost?
Plans are based on how often you’d like visits:
Minimum Oversight · 1 visit/month — from $225/month
Desert · bi-weekly, 2 visits — from $395/month
Copper · enhanced, 3 visits — from $545/month
Skyline · weekly, 4 visits — from $695/month
All are “from” pricing and may vary with home size, location, access needs, and scope; final pricing is quoted in writing before service begins. Concierge time and signature packages (arrival-ready, seasonal open/close, storm prep) are quoted separately. See current plans on the Home Watch & Estate Oversight page.

Notary Services
What documents can be notarized?
We handle most common personal and business documents, including
powers of attorney, trust and estate documents,
healthcare directives, and other acknowledgments and jurats allowed under Arizona law.
We are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice or tell you which form you need — but we can confirm whether a document appears to require notarization and what kind of notarial act is requested. Arizona notarial acts are $10 each; service and travel fees are listed on our Arizona Notary page.

Do you offer Remote Online Notary (RON)?
Yes. We are authorized in Arizona to perform Remote Online Notarization (RON), so you can
complete your notarization from almost anywhere with a secure device, valid ID, and a stable internet connection.
Identity verification, audio-video recording, and document storage all follow platform and state requirements.
RON convenience fees start at $25.
We also offer mobile notary visits within our service area when meeting in person makes more sense, starting at $50. Full details are on our Arizona Notary page.
