Hours are tracked in 15-minute increments. Retainers are billed monthly in advance and renewed by agreement. On-site time within a reasonable radius of Gilbert may be included or billed at a preferred on-site rate, depending on your package. Any overage hours are billed at your contracted hourly rate with your approval.

VIP days are structured in advance with a clear agenda (for example: calendar rebuild, travel systems, document organization, or event prep). On-site availability is limited and scheduled by agreement; travel time and mileage may apply for locations outside a reasonable radius from Gilbert.

Some lives don’t fit inside a simple package — multiple businesses, boards, properties, family commitments, and travel layered together. For those clients, we build a dedicated concierge and executive support retainer that reflects the real scope of your world.
Most complex retainers begin around $1,250 per month, with final pricing based on decision-making pace, number of entities or households involved, and how much on-site support you’d like woven in. Everything is scoped in writing so you know exactly what’s covered — quiet, white-glove structure for a very full life.
