How Estate & Home Oversight Works
This is not house sitting, property management, pet sitting, handyman work, pool service, landscaping, or housekeeping. Estate & Home Oversight is structured, documented home watch and residential concierge support for clients who want a trusted local presence while they are away.
During a typical visit
- Exterior visual walkaround for signs of storm damage, forced entry, vandalism, leaks, pests, or obvious maintenance concerns.
- Interior walkthrough to check doors, windows, visible water concerns, unusual odors, thermostat reading, and general condition of main living areas.
- Basic visual review of key systems, including refrigerator/freezer status, lighting concerns, visible appliance alerts, and obvious HVAC issues.
- Mail and package collection with placement in your designated secure location inside the home.
- Vehicle start/run when authorized in writing and when client-provided instructions are on file.
- Vendor access and lock-up when scheduled and approved in advance.
- Documented visit report with notes and photos so you have a clear record of each visit.
Scope boundaries
- No pet sitting, overnight house sitting, or live-in services.
- No repairs, cleaning, landscaping, pool work, or maintenance performed directly by Desert Sky Concierge.
- No tenant placement, rent collection, leasing, short-term rental management, or property management services.
- No key sharing with third parties without your explicit permission.
- No vendor selection, repair authorization, or project approval without your written direction.
We coordinate, oversee, document, and report. Your approved vendors handle the work itself, and you stay in control of who services your home.

Pricing is based on standard oversight needs for homes within the Desert Sky Concierge service area. Larger homes, extensive grounds, detached casitas, complex systems, long-distance travel, or higher-touch concierge needs may require custom pricing. Bi-weekly oversight is recommended for vacant homes, second homes, and seasonal properties, especially May through September.

Concierge time may include vendor access, waiting for service providers, grocery or refrigerator stocking, project coordination, package handling, and approved residential requests. Groceries, supplies, vendor invoices, and third-party services are paid separately by the client.

Signature packages are quoted based on property size, timing, access needs, travel distance, supplies, vendor coordination, and scope. Each package is confirmed in writing before service begins.
Notary Services
Desert Sky Concierge also provides Arizona mobile notary and remote online notary services. This can be scheduled separately or coordinated alongside approved residential concierge needs.
